Amazon Bedrock AgentCore now delivers unified observability by consolidating agent traces, prompts, and logs into a single Amazon CloudWatch log group, simplifying debugging and enabling fine-grained access control with customer-managed key encryption. Amazon Connect enhances agentic voice experiences with over 100 new voices across 50+ languages including Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Thai, enabling more natural AI interactions that adapt to customer tone and sentiment. Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio now supports Amazon OpenSearch, allowing users to query and analyze search and log analytics data alongside other data assets like Amazon Redshift and Amazon S3 within a governed environment, facilitating correlation of analytical and operational workloads. Amazon CloudWatch introduces coding agent insights, providing engineering leaders with visibility into AI coding tool usage and value, integrating telemetry from Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot without additional instrumentation, and offering metrics built on OpenTelemetry. Additional AWS resources include a blueprint for evaluating AI agents with Strands and AgentCore, guidance on building multi-region resiliency for CloudFormation custom resources, and new Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) pricing plans for predictable costs.
